Praneeth Gurumurthy is a Software Engineer with research experience in Physical Oceanography and Offshore Wind Energy. Before joining REsurety, Praneeth performed research on estimating turbulence for offshore wind energy applications at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. At REsurety, Praneeth is responsible for developing and implementing solar energy generation models.

Praneeth holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Ocean Engineering and Naval Architecture from Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur, India; a Master of Engineering degree in Ocean Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey; and a Master of Science degree in Physical Oceanography from the MIT-WHOI Joint Program in Oceanography in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
