At Resurety we believe in empowering our customers and a core component of that is trust which we help build with an effective, innovative data-driven security program for both CleanSight and CleanTrade. We meet our objectives following these principles:

Data Protection

We use AES with regularly rotated keys for data storage and TLS 1.2 for protection of transmission of data internally and externally.

Collaboration

All partners are required to provide either their SOC 2 report or, in absence, complete our compliance questionnaire. We review these reports annually.

Communication

We have open communication channels with our partners and an incident response plan to communicate and respond effectively. 

Data Integrity and Availability

We backup all data regularly and immutably and have the ability to failover to another geographic location for both attacks and site failures.

Education

All Resurety team members and contractors are required to participate in our compliance program and our developers are given the opportunity for continuing education.

Testing

We use SAST, unit tests, and peer review to protect our codebase and audit access to data.  

Enterprise Protection

All users who operate in our environment are required to use MFA and all actions are logged for review by our event detection platform. Enterprise endpoints are managed and monitored by our security team. 

Event Logging and Event Detection

We log all events and analyze the data to ensure that our systems are available and data is protected.

Vulnerability Detection and Analysis

We use automated scanning of internal and external infrastructure as well regular penetration testing with an external partner.
