Lee Taylor is an accomplished clean energy executive dedicated to accelerating the world’s transition to a zero-carbon future. Lee founded Resurety in 2012 to improve the transparency, liquidity, and impact of clean energy markets.

Throughout his 13-year tenure with Resurety, Lee has successfully led the evolution of the company from a niche financial services business to a diversified provider of solutions across data, software, services, and financial markets. Today, Resurety is relied upon by many of the world’s leading clean energy buyers, sellers, and investors, including Meta, Invenergy, and HASI.

As the CEO of Resurety, Lee oversees all aspects of the business including operations, research and analytics, engineering and product, and sales and marketing. In addition to his leadership role at Resurety, Lee is a renowned thought leader in the clean energy industry, joining podcasts, panels, and speaking engagements at industry events. He is often quoted in periodicals including Renewable Energy Magazine, Latitude Media, and Utility Dive. Lee holds an MBA from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where he was named an Edward Tuck Scholar (awarded for academic achievement) and recipient of the Lt. Walter Jacobs Memorial Prize (awarded for intellectual leadership). He also holds Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Biology from the University of Virginia.

Sinéad Barry‑O’Brien is a leader in operations with proven execution across varied industries. Putting customers at the center of decision-making, she has driven growth through customer experience, team-building, and process improvement. Sinéad has supported global M&A strategies to build market share. She is passionate about scaling entrepreneurial companies in growth industries.

Sinéad holds a Master’s degree in International Public Policy and Diplomacy, from University College Cork, and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the National University of Ireland, Galway.

Chris Prince is the Chief Technology Officer at Resurety, where he leads the Engineering, Research, and Product Management organizations building the software that powers the clean energy economy. His teams develop the platforms behind CleanSight and CleanTrade, translating weather, power market, and emissions data into the analytics and transactions that clean energy buyers, sellers, and investors rely on to manage risk and accelerate decarbonization.

Chris joined Resurety in 2022 as SVP, Engineering and went on to lead Technology across Engineering, Product, and Research before being appointed CTO. He brings more than 20 years of experience leading technical organizations through periods of rapid growth and transformation, with a career spanning enterprise IoT and workforce management at UKG, engineering collaboration and enablement at iRobot, and financial services technology at John Hancock.

Chris holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

Raul Dary is the VP, Customer Experience at Resurety Insights, where he leads the commercial organization in delivering data-driven software, advisory services, and risk management solutions to the market. Raul is responsible for driving the company’s growth strategy, helping clean energy buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the financial, operational, and regulatory complexities of the energy transition.

Raul brings over two decades of experience in sales leadership and market intelligence to the team. Before joining Resurety, he held various senior commercial leadership roles at S&P Global, IHS Markit, and preceding organizations. Throughout his career, he has specialized in delivering complex data and analytical products to sophisticated global clients.

At Resurety, Raul plays a key role in providing clients with the strategic insights and technical expertise required to manage risk, optimize value and trade in carbon-free energy markets. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Suffolk University.

Owen Glubiak is a clean energy executive with 20 years of experience navigating the complexities of North American energy markets and the clean energy technology sector. As VP, Market Development at Resurety Markets, Owen leads the commercial function for CleanTrade, the firm’s federally regulated clean energy trading platform.

Throughout a career spanning Siemens, Enel, and high-growth startups, Owen has specialized in scaling the commercial infrastructure required to de-risk the energy transition. A Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Certified Energy Procurement professional (CEP), he combines deep macroeconomic insight with technical expertise to drive liquidity and transparency in clean energy markets.
